You have the option to send email receipts by default at check-in. Once a user checks in their flight it will automatically send them their receipt.

You can set if notifications will default On/Off for all new reservations including edit & cancel.

Send new reservation notifications allows you to “build the schedule” over time before publishing it. So no notification will be sent while you build it. When you’re ready to send out the notification emails just click on Send new reservation notification > choose your date range. Keep in mind, maintenance reservation emails will not send.

Daily Schedule Notifications: Add users here who want to receive daily email notifications of all the reservations for the day. Daily Schedule Notifications also show Files added or removed from users’ accounts. To learn more about managing users and their access to files click here

If your user’s birthday is approaching you will see a little cake next to their name. It will only show for users who have a reservation and have had a birthday within the past 2 days or will have a birthday within 4 days. Make sure to set their DOB in their personal tab.

Reservation Change Notifications: Add users here who want to receive email notifications when a reservation is added, edited, and/or canceled.

 

By default, the super admin gets the 7-day summary email. If you want other admin to get it also please send in a request to support@flightcircle.com.
