Initial Commercial Multi-Engine – $11,999
Note: You must have the FAA Commercial Airplane Knowledge Exam completed prior to arrival for training.
If you hold a Private Pilot – Airplane Single Engine Land (PP-ASEL) Certificate and do not hold a Commercial Pilot Certificate, then you can complete this course as your initial Commercial Pilot Certificate. Once completed, you will hold a Commercial Airplane Multi Engine Land (CAMEL) Pilot Certificate, but you would still only have Private Pilot privileges for an Airplane Single Engine Land (ASEL). If you are currently Instrument Rated, instrument privileges will be added to your Certificate by completing an IAP during the Practical Test. All requirements of FAR 61.129 (B) will be covered.
This course includes 20 hours (61.129 (B)) of training in our Piper Seneca I, N1369T, the aircraft for the Practical Exam, the study materials, and ground instruction needed to successfully complete the course.
This course is very extensive and requires additional training. As such, the training is 5 days and the Practical is scheduled for the 6th day.
Note: Practical Exam (Checkride) with DPE is not included. This is paid directly to the DPE ($800 add-on, $900 MEI) on the day of the test.
