Terms & Conditions

General

• All sales are final. No refunds.

• The flight instructor is the Pilot in Command and may adjust or limit activities for safety.

Weight & Passenger Limits

• Up to three passengers per flight.

• Total passenger payload limit: 380 lbs (Cessna 172).

• Individual passenger limit: 285 lbs.

• Exceeding limits will require purchasing a second flight.

• The instructor makes the final Go/No-Go determination.

• Weight & balance is calculated before departure—safety comes first.

Weather, Mechanical, & Instructor Availability

• If weather conditions are not suitable, we will contact you to reschedule.

• Mechanical issues or instructor unavailability—though rare—may require rescheduling, and we’ll notify you immediately.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• No-Show / No-Call: Full cost is forfeited.

• 24-hour cancellation policy:
  Cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the booking cost.
