Terms & Conditions

General

  • All sales are final. No refunds.

  • Gift Certificates are valid for 24 months from the purchase date.

  • The Flight Instructor is the Pilot in Command and may adjust or restrict activities for safety.

Weight & Passenger Limits

  • Up to 3 total occupants.

  • Total passenger payload limit: 380 lbs (Cessna 172).

  • Individual passenger limit: 285 lbs.

  • Flights exceeding limits may require a second reservation.

  • The final Go/No-Go decision is at the instructor's discretion.

  • Weight & balance is confirmed before departure. Safety is always our priority.

Weather, Mechanical, & Instructor Availability

  • If weather or maintenance prevents the flight, we’ll contact you to reschedule.

  • In rare cases of instructor unavailability, you will be notified immediately.

Cancellation / Rescheduling

  • No-Show / No-Call: Entire cost is forfeited.

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy:
    Canceling within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of payment.
    Exceptions apply—call KC Aero Academy Dispatch at 656-223-2370 prior to your scheduled time, and we will do our best to help.
