CANCELLATION OR DATE/TIME CHANGE POLICY:

•    Weather, ATC, FAA or other unexpected delays or cancellations from our end are not subject to cancellation fees. If you arrive willing and able and we just can't fly, there will be no charges to you and you will receive a full refund back to your credit card or a credit on account as you request. Giants games do require a slightly varied path and flights can be conducted with an exceptional experience. 

•     All cancellations or changes require you to talk with a live person, the use of email is not satisfactory. If you must use email, be sure to allow at least 1 day for us to respond. If you do not get a response, please call. (831) 763-2244
•    All bookings are required to be paid in full at the time of booking.
•    Any cancellation is charged a 10% booking fee at the time of refund.
•    Less than 3 days’ notice - Customer cancellations or changes with less than 72 hours notice from time of departure receive a refund less a 25% cancellation fee.
•     24 hour cancellations or NO-SHOW - No refund for cancellations within 24 hours, no-show, or late arrivals past 10 minutes from the time of departure. Clients who arrive over the 300lbs individual weight limit or total weight limit will be considered within the 24 hour cancellation. 

My ID does not match the Credit Card details on file” – You can use another card or cash. Cancellation charges will apply to the person's card used to purchase the flight if we cannot obtain verification details such as a photo ID and both sides of the credit card presented together.

After booking your reservation, changes to your flight date or time must be requested and are subject to many factors, so please give us 5 days or more notice if possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS:

The FAA and TSA require that we check all carry on luggage in accordance with Federal regulations. Please be aware of these limitations to what you can and can not carry on our aircraft. Any items found to be in violation will need to be removed from your person and luggage prior to boarding.

Cirrus High Performance Lesson

DEPARTURE AIRPORT | WATSONVILLE

Get your high performance endorsement in our Cirrus SR20. A nonrefundable down payment of $100 gets you on our schedule with an experienced instructor. Average time is 45 minutes of ground and 1.5 hours of flight. Length and price of lesson may vary student to student. Rates are $100/hour for ground and $700/hour for duel instruction in the SR22.

Weight limit of 300lbs maximum.

 

*A photo ID that matches the card used and the original card used must be presented before the flight can be conducted.
