Our 40 minute SAN FRANCISCO GOLDEN TOUR takes you out over the SF Bay along the shoreline up to the Bay Bridge, out to Alcatraz, the Golden Gate, and then to downtown San Francisco. You get to fly over the top of the city water line and experience one of the world's most stunning skylines and bridges as only a helicopter can show you.
Please note: The required passenger information you enter here will be verified during check-in prior to the flight. At least 1 passenger for each group must be over 18 years old and bring a valid form of ID that matches the information you provide.
We can only accept Government-issued ID's (Passport, Drivers license, State ID card, etc.). for a complete list of valid ID's, please contact our office.
CANCELLATION OR DATE/TIME CHANGE POLICY:
- Weather, ATC, FAA or other unexpected delays or cancellations from our end are not subject to cancellation fees. If you arrive willing and able and we just can't fly, there will be no charges to you and you will receive a full refund back to your credit card or a credit on account as you request. Giants games do require a slightly varied path and flights can be conducted with an exceptional experience.
- All cancellations or changes require you to talk with a live person, the use of email is not satisfactory. If you must use email, be sure to allow at least 1 day for us to respond. If you do not get a response, please call. (831) 763-2244
- All bookings are required to be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Any cancellation is charged a 10% booking fee at the time of refund
- All wine flights incur a non-refundable charge of $500 in addition to the 10% refund fee.
- Less than 3 days’ notice - Customer cancellations or changes with less than 72 hours notice from time of departure receive a refund less a 25% cancellation fee.
- 24 hour cancellations or NO-SHOW - No refund for cancellations within 24 hours, no-show, or late arrivals past 10 minutes from the time of departure. Clients who arrive over the 300lbs individual weight limit or total weight limit will be considered within the 24 hour cancellation.
My ID does not match the Credit Card details on file” – You can use another card or cash. Cancellation charges will apply to the person's card used to purchase the flight if we cannot obtain verification details such as a photo ID and both sides of the credit card presented together.
CHANGE YOUR FLIGHT DATE/TIME
After booking your reservation, changes to your flight date or time must be requested and are subject to many factors, so please give us 5 days or more notice if possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS:
The FAA and TSA require that we check all carry-on luggage in accordance with Federal regulations. Please be aware of these limitations to what you can and can not carry on our aircraft. Any items found to be in violation will need to be removed from your person and luggage prior to boarding.

*Due to no-fly zones during SF Giants games, please be aware of flight path changes. Click here to see areas unavailable during Giants Games. Game no fly zones are an hour before the game to one hour after games ends. Giants games do require a slightly varied path and flights can be conducted with an exceptional experience.
