Cancellation Policy

• Weather & Operational Cancellations:
  If your flight is canceled due to weather, air traffic control (ATC), FAA directives, or other operational factors, no cancellation fees will apply. You may reschedule or receive a full refund to your original payment method or as a credit on your account.

• Customer Reschedules 
  • More than 8 hours: Free reschedules
  • Less than 8 hours: $50 reschedule fee

• Customer Cancellations:

  • Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before your flight.

  • 48–24 hours before flight: $100 fee.

  • 24–8 hours before flight: $150 fee.

  • Less than 8 hours / No-show: No refund.

Note: Arriving more than 10 minutes late or exceeding weight limits will be treated as a no-show.

• Contact Requirement:
  You must speak with a live representative to cancel or change your booking. Email is not sufficient unless you allow at least 24 hours for a response.

• Payment:
  All flights must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Passenger Weight Restrictions

• Maximum individual passenger weight: 300 lbs

• Call us before booking if:

  • Any passenger is over 250 lbs, or

  • Combined group weight exceeds 500 lbs

Important:
Your weight will be verified at check-in. If actual weights exceed limits, your flight may be canceled and treated as a no-show.

Weather Policy

• Minimum weather requirements:

  • Cloud ceiling: 2,500 feet

  • Visibility: 8 miles minimum

• Flights may be canceled or altered for safety or quality at the pilot’s discretion.
  If your flight is canceled, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

• Routes and times may vary due to weather or ATC directives.

You are free to reconfirm your flight within 72 hours for weather updates, but JEDAIR takes a proactive approach to contacting clients anytime we foresee issues. If you don't hear from us, that's a good sign.

Arrival & Check-In

• Arrive 10–15 minutes before your departure time.

• Bring a government-issued photo ID (adults only).

• Late arrivals (over 10 minutes past departure) may result in cancellation and loss of payment.

Children & Minors

• Children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian on the flight.

• If a flight was booked for someone under 18, a legal guardian must be present at check-in.

Clothing Recommendations

• Dress comfortably.

• Avoid items such as high heels, as you will need to step onto the wing to board the aircraft.

Hazardous Materials & Security

• All passengers and carry-on items are subject to FAA and TSA inspection.

• Illegal drugs, weapons, and hazardous items are strictly prohibited.

• Carry-on items must fit comfortably on your lap and cannot be heavy or obstructive.

Refunds for Shortened Flights

If a flight is cut short by more than 6 minutes, a partial refund will be issued for the unused portion of the flight. No refunds are provided after departure unless this condition is met.
