Our tours are all-inclusive packages from the moment you arrive in country, except for avgas, personal expenses (e.g. travel insurance, alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, in-room movies) and a meal or two as identified in the itinerary. Please contact us for more detailed information on inclusions & exclusions.
The prices below are per-person and assume 2 people in a P-28, or comparable aircraft, and shared accommodation (2 people per room). Due to COVID-19 ever changing rules,They are subject to change without notice so please contact us for up-to-date price information. A $2,500 per-person deposit will reserve your spot on the tour.

Scheduling
Our tours are scheduled to run when the weather is most favourable for that route. For exact dates, please contact us.
If you wish to travel at at different time of the year than is shown below, do get in touch with us as we may be able to adjust the schedule to better fit your preferred timing.
If you have a group, we can normally add a tour to the schedule to fit your desired dates.
All trips and dates will be confirmed once a minimum number of clients are confirmed.

The Fine Print...
Terms & Conditions
Deposit
A deposit of $2,500 on the trip price is required to confirm an individual participant’s spot on a single tour.
The deposit is non-refundable except as described below.
Hewison Aviation reserves the right to cancel any tour if it does not receive the minimum number of participants/deposits that it determines is required to confirm the booking of the tour.
COVID-19 is unpredictable and may affect the experience. If Hewison Aviation deems it necessary, we reserve the right to cancel any tour if the experience will be too negatively impacted or to conform to state or other regulations.
Payment
Full payment of the balance of the trip price is due 90 days prior to the tour start date. Payment is non-refundable except as described below.
Cancellation by Client
If a client cancels their participation before the tour start date, the following refund schedule will apply:
90 days or more prior to start date, Hewison Aviation retains the deposit.
30 to 89 days prior to start date, Hewison Aviation retains 50% of the trip price.
29 days or less prior to start date, Hewison Aviation retains 100% of the trip price.
Cancellation by Hewison Aviation
If Hewison Aviation cancels the tour due to an insufficient number of participants/deposits received or COVID-19, Hewison Aviation will refund 100% of the deposits received.
Cancellation due to Force Majeure Event
If the tour is cancelled due to a Force Majeure situation, i.e., acts of God or other events beyond the control of Hewison Aviation, clients will receive a refund of payments made, less any non-recoverable payments made by Hewison Aviation to suppliers.
Insurance
Clients are encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, emergency health and medical insurance, to protect themselves against the cost of unexpected trip, emergency and medical expenses during their tour.
Weather Delays
Hewison Aviation’s routes are designed to minimize the effect of weather delays on the trip. In spite of this built-in flexibility, weather delays may generate additional costs that are not included in the trip price. While Hewison Aviation will do its best to mitigate these extra costs, clients are ultimately responsible for these weather-related costs so some additional costs may be charged to the clients. The Tour Director will provide a breakout of these additional costs.
Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims Agreement
All participants in a Hewison Aviation tour will be required to read, agree to, and sign a Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims Agreement, prior to the commencement of any Hewison Aviation tour, agreeing to assume all risks, hazards and dangers of any kind arising from their participation in a Hewison Aviation tour and waiving all claims against Hewison Aviation for any loss, damage, injury including death, that they (or persons claiming through them) may suffer as a result of their participation in a Hewison Aviation tour.
