*   I acknowledge that I am purchasing a single seat as this is a one-on-one custom session with a Certified Flight Instructor.
*   I have read and understand the student passenger weight limitation of 250lbs due to aircraft requirements.
*   The student passenger for this purchase is over the age of 18 or over age 14 and will be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
