*   Total Passenger Weight Limit is 600 lbs. I understand that weights will be verified prior to the flight and that if the total weight is exceeded, passengers may need to be excluded from the flight.

*   I confirm that I am in good health and free of medical conditions that may interfere with my ability to safely participate in the flight.
*   I acknowledge that cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight and understand that cancellations made outside this time frame may result in a $35 fee.
