Description

All pricing is per person. Flights are in a Robinson R44 with 3 passenger seats available. FAA requires the total combined weight of passengers not to exceed 550 pounds with no more than 300 pounds occupying one seat. Flight times are approximate.

Per FAA regulation, any passenger that has met their second birthday must occupy their own seat. 

Sunset and Night flights are available depending on the time of year.  Flights are subject to change due to weather conditions and FAA flight restrictions. Payment is due before each flight. Tickets can be purchased online, and credit cards will be billed immediately.

Customer cancellations require at least 24 hours advance notice. Customers cancelling within 24 hours will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.  All customers who are considered a no show will result in a 100% non-refundable payment.  Reschedules will be at the discretion of the Airo staff. Cancellations may be made at the discretion of AIRO staff due to weather conditions, aircraft maintenance, staff illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. It is the policy of AIRO to notify customers at the earliest possible time in case of a cancellation.

All flights purchased are to be used within 6 months of the date of purchase. For use after 6 months, there is a $50 reinstatement fee. Please call our office at 479-365-3640 with any questions.

*	I understand that promotional codes and gift cards expire 6 months after the date of purchase. AIRO reserves the right to cancel any flight which is purchased using an expired gift card or promotional code at any time. Refunds will not be given for gift card purchases.
