- Please arrive at your scheduled time to begin the welcome and safety briefing. This is not like a commercial flight where you need to arrive early. If you do arrive early, please be patient as we may be out finishing a flight with another client. If you arrive significantly late, that may reduce the amount of flight time.
- Bring comfortable clothing suitable for the season. Sunglasses and/or hat recommended on sunny days.
- Cameras are welcome.
- Each passenger must be able to step up into the helicopter (with step stool if needed) and mature enough to follow crew instructions and keep a headset on during the entire flight.
Cancellations
- If a flight cannot be safely conducted for any reason related to weather, aircraft, or pilot, you may choose between rescheduling, a transferrable flight credit, or a refund.
- Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will receive a transferrable flight credit usable for a similar flight within 12 months.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows are non-refundable.
