If you arrive willing and able and we just can't fly, there will be no charges to you and you will receive a full refund back to your credit card or a credit on account as you request. Any cancellation is charged a 10% booking fee at the time of refund Less than 3 days’ notice - Customer cancellations or changes with less than 72 hours notice from time of departure receive a refund less a 25% cancellation fee. 24 hour cancellations or NO-SHOW - No refund for cancellations within 24 hours, no-show, or late arrivals past 10 minutes from the time of departure. Clients who arrive over the 300lbs individual weight limit or total weight limit will be considered within the 24 hour cancellation.
