I understand that I am participating in an introductory flight experience provided by Sky Warriors, LLC (“Sky Warriors”). I acknowledge that flying and airport activities involve certain inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated, including weather conditions, turbulence, aircraft movement, and unexpected mechanical or equipment issues. I acknowledge and agree that: I am voluntarily participating in this activity. I will follow all instructions given by the pilot and Sky Warriors staff. I understand that conditions such as weather, turbulence, aircraft movement, or unexpected mechanical issues may occur during the flight. I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this activity. I understand that Sky Warriors reserves the right to delay, cancel, or terminate the flight at any time for safety reasons. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree not to hold Sky Warriors, LLC, its instructors, pilots, employees, contractors, or affiliates responsible for injuries, damages, or losses related to participation in this introductory flight, except where prohibited by law.
