Description

The first step in determining if you have what it takes to be a pilot and experience the wonderful world of aviation is usually a discovery flight. 

1.     The discovery flight starts with a ground lesson that explains the aircraft and how it functions.

 

2.     The flight starts with reviewing the start-up, taxi, and takeoff process before flying in the plane where you are at the controls. Pilots usually fly south to enjoy the views.

3.     After the flight, instructors will answer any lingering questions and log the flight for the student so it will count towards certification, should they decide to pursue flight lessons in the future.

Confirmations Required:

*	I understand that, due to TSA and FAA regulations, I may NOT participate in more than 1 discovery flight at FlightGest Academy
*	I acknowledge and understand that if I cancel this discovery flight within 24 hours of my scheduled time, except when the Academy determines the flight must be rescheduled due to weather or aircraft availability, I may forfeit my reservation and payment.
*	I acknowledge and agree that video recording, live streaming, or the use of any video capture devices is strictly prohibited during the flight. This policy is in place to ensure safety, minimize distractions, and protect the privacy of all parties on board. Still photos may be permitted at the discretion of the instructor and only when it is safe to do so.
