Aerospace & Mechanical Engineering Workforce Training Program
COMING IN 2027! | Ages 12–22+
Design. Build. Test. Fly. Innovate!
12-Month Foundation Pathway | 24-Month Advanced Workforce Pathway
Infinity Aero Club Tampa Bay, DBA Mission Aviation Academy™, is preparing to launch its Aerospace & Mechanical Engineering Workforce Training Program in 2027.
Through our Aviation MiLL™ (Manufacturing, Innovation & Learning Lab) and Youth Aircraft Factory (YAF), students will gain hands-on experience in aerospace engineering, mechanical systems, aircraft manufacturing, electrical systems, fabrication, testing, and workforce development.
The program uses a structured, project-based learning approach that connects STEM education to real-world technical skills, industry opportunities, and aerospace career pathways.
How the Program Works
Each part represents one quarter (3 months) of progressive, instructor-led engineering and manufacturing training.
Students begin with Parts 1–4, completing the 12-month Foundation Program. Those continuing into Parts 5–8 complete the 24-month Advanced Workforce Program.
YEAR 1 — FOUNDATION PROGRAM (PARTS 1–4)
Part 1 | Quarter 1 (Months 1–3)
Engineering Fundamentals & Aircraft Design
Explore aerodynamics, aerospace engineering principles, aircraft structures, technical drawings, design thinking, engineering safety, and introductory CAD concepts.
Part 2 | Quarter 2 (Months 4–6)
Mechanical Systems, Tools & Fabrication
Develop practical skills in aircraft materials, precision measurement, mechanical systems, tools, manufacturing processes, basic fabrication, and quality control.
Part 3 | Quarter 3 (Months 7–9)
Electrical Systems & Aircraft Assembly
Learn introductory electronics, aircraft wiring, flight-control systems, mechanical assembly, structural components, and systems integration.
Part 4 | Quarter 4 (Months 10–12)
Aircraft Integration, Testing & Evaluation
Apply engineering principles through supervised aircraft-building activities, ground testing, inspection, troubleshooting, documentation, and performance evaluation.
12-Month Foundation Program Tuition: $3,988 (4 Quarters)
YEAR 2 — ADVANCED WORKFORCE PROGRAM (PARTS 5–8)
Students completing Parts 1–4 may continue into the advanced second-year pathway.
Part 5 | Quarter 5 (Months 13–15)
Advanced Aircraft Manufacturing & Quality Assurance
Advance skills in manufacturing processes, aircraft structural assembly, technical inspections, quality assurance, and production documentation.
Part 6 | Quarter 6 (Months 16–18)
Aerospace Systems & Emerging Technologies
Explore drones (sUAS), fixed-wing aircraft technologies, propulsion systems, rocketry, electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL), and spacecraft engineering concepts.
Part 7 | Quarter 7 (Months 19–21)
Applied Engineering & Workforce Readiness
Participate in advanced project activities while developing teamwork, project management, workplace safety, troubleshooting, technical communication, and career preparation skills.
Part 8 | Quarter 8 (Months 22–24)
Capstone Engineering Project & Career Pathways
Complete a supervised engineering capstone project, document results, present technical outcomes, and develop a personalized roadmap toward further education, technical credentials, internships, apprenticeships, employment, or entrepreneurship.
24-Month Advanced Workforce Program Tuition: $7,976 (8 Quarters Total)
Tuition & Enrollment
Quarterly Tuition: $997
Minimum Commitment: 12 Months (Parts 1–4)
12-Month Foundation Pathway:
4 Quarters × $997 = $3,988
24-Month Advanced Workforce Pathway:
