Mountain Flight Training Workshop Video Recording & Preso 01/17/2026

This is for a 60 day access, via Youtube.com/FalconImagery to the 3 hour video recording of Laconia Flight Academy's Mountain Flight Training workshop held on 1/17/26.

Please note that in order to have access to the video recording of the workshop you will need to have either a Google email account (e.g. xxxx@gmail.com), or your email address must be an email address registered as a Google account (e.g., Yahoo or Outlook registered with Google). Also note, you will have access to the full video recording for 60 days, upon order date.

In addition to access to the video, you will receive a PDF copy of the full slide presentation.

IFR Ground School Mini-Course - May 4th

IFR Ground School Mini-Course

We are excited to announce that Laconia Flight Academy will be conducting an IFR Flight Training Ground School Mini-Course at our facilities at Laconia Airport, starting May 4th, 2026. 

This mini-course is ideal for both the IFR flight student who is already well into pursuing their Instrument rating,
and for the rusty IFR pilot who needs a refresher in instrument flying.

Emergency Maneuver Training Mini-Course

Flight Academy is now offering a 2-day flight training min-course
centered on emergency flight maneuvers. This course focuses on teaching pilots how to handle in-flight 
emergencies like stalls and spins, inadvertent flight into instrument meteorological conditions (IMC), unusual 
attitudes, and engine failures, through practical and common-sense strategies. Also included is a review of basic 
aerodynamics, stall/spin dynamics, and human factors and behaviors associated with aircraft emergencies.

The goal of this mini-course is to make General Aviation (GA) pilots safer through a refresher ground and flight 
training program, on the use of emergency procedures checklists and improved aeronautical decision making.

This mini-course is ideal for both current flight students, and for rusty GA pilots who haven’t practice a lot of stalls 
and emergency procedures in a while.
