All of flightcircle.com uses RSA encryption via SHA-256 SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Much like a banking website you might visit, your browser will indicate this typically with a green lock at the upper left near the browser URL. Flight Circle is PCI compliant, and follows SOC 2 compliance standards.
Uptime
Flight Circle is hosted primarily using Amazon Web Services. The most premium options for high availability, uptime and site failover are deployed. Using auto scaling services, top performance is always available and delivered via geo diverse / CDN edge connectivity close to your physical location.
Data Backup
We take data backup seriously. Multiple onsite and geo-diverse offsite backups are stored and updated by the second. Recent backups can be restored to any specific second in time.
If you would like to download a copy of your data for your own backup, we suggest running the Users Export, and reports in the ‘Downloads’ section of the Reports page. Sales Transactions contains ALL user ledger data, like charges, payments, etc. These contain most content in an easy to download option.
Credit Cards / PCI
For credit cards processing, we do not store full card numbers, only the last 4. We use a token based system, much like Apple Pay.
When you process through Flight Circle, annual assessment/training is provided.
