Specialized Aviation Airplane Upset Recovery
Course Objective:
To equip students with the skills and knowledge required to recognize, prevent, and recover from airplane upsets effectively while understanding the impact of aerodynamics, aircraft systems, and unique operational challenges. This course will consist of 1 hour of ground instruction followed by 1 hour of airplane instruction time to apply the ground knowledge into practice.
Fly with Ken Wield who has over 48 years of aviation experience with 7 years flying in air shows. He has also flown as a charter pilot in a Citation 500 and is a general airport rat.
Please note: Total time required for a spin endorsement, or upset training in general, may vary from student to student. Any additional time is to be paid at check in, at the regular rates. The required passenger information you enter here will be verified during check-in prior to the flight. We can only accept Government-issued ID's (Passport, Drivers license, State ID card, etc.). for a complete list of valid ID's, please contact our office.
CANCELLATION OR DATE/TIME CHANGE POLICY:
*Weather, ATC, FAA or other unexpected delays or cancellations from our end are not subject to cancellation fees. If you arrive willing and able and we just can't fly, there will be no charges to you, and you will receive a full refund back to your credit card or a credit on account as you request.
- All bookings are required to be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Any cancellation is charged a 10% booking fee at the time of refund
- All wine flights incur a non-refundable charge of $500 in addition to the 10% refund fee.
- Less than 3 days’ notice - Customer cancellations or changes with less than 72 hours notice from time of departure receive a refund less a 25% cancellation fee.
- 24 hour cancellations or NO-SHOW -No refund for cancellations within 24 hours, no-show, or late arrivals past 10 minutes from the time of departure.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS:
The FAA and TSA require that we check all carry on bags and luggage in accordance with Federal regulations. Please be aware of these limitations to what you can and can not carry on our aircraft. Any items found to be in violation will need to be removed from your person and luggage prior to boarding.

*You must be Healthy and able-bodied to fly in our airplanes, this means that you must be able to wear a parachute, step up and climb into position without assistance (about the difficulty level of climbing a ladder). You are not allowed to fly If you are pregnant, or have circulatory, spinal or heart conditions.
