Error: Email not changed. That email address is already in use by another account. If a user is an Administrator, Instructor, or associated at multiple organizations, for security reasons, we prevent this method and only the user can change their email. You can always ask us and most times we can change the email manually. Or, just delete the user, and add back the correct email.
Error: Cannot fully delete account with history remaining. First remove all history to delete this account. When you receive that message it means you still need to delete all ledger information or delete any reservations on the schedule for the user. This could be past or future reservations under their name. If you go to Manage > User > Select their name > Next (blue, upper right corner) it will show you a list of all past and future reservations. Click on it to cancel the reservation.
