To manage a user’s email or password:
- Go to Manage > Users > (click someone)
- Click on the Personal tab
- Scroll down to Email address
To change the email, simply erase and re-type the new address. Click Save at the bottom.
To resend the welcome email or reset their password, tap the dropdown box to the right, and tap Password Reset Link. A confirmation box will appear, then tap Send Reset Link.
If a user is an Administrator, Instructor, or associated at multiple organizations, for security reasons, we prevent this method and only the user can change their email. You can always ask us and most times we can change the email manually. Or, just delete the user, and add back the correct email.
