Automation

– Set it and forget it! Fully automate account management, and save time.

Archive Inactive – We can automatically clean up your accounts that are no longer active.

Auto Pay for Groups – This allows you to configure AutoPay at a global level. Users cannot change your configuration. They can otherwise configure AutoPay independently.

Auto Pay for New Users – This automatically adds auto payment for new users. When ENABLED, the user’s registered default card or ACH account will be automatically charged on the day specified.

Billing – Automatically process and send billing emails monthly, on the specified day. Sends early morning, after any new automatic charges or payments.

Groups – Automatically add new users to a Group.  Currently supports New Users, and Web Sales!

Late Fees – Automatically add fees on open balances on the day of the month you specify. Fees are only applied to approved users.

  • Configure Late Fees: First create the Item for the late fee with the charge price. Manage > Items. Then come back into the Automation page. You can set it up as a fixed amount or percentage. You can also select the Using balance aged to charge if it’s an older balance. Option to exclude Groups.

New User Default Settings – Here you can choose the default for Landing Page (first page the user lands on upon sign-in), Schedule View, Schedule Mobile View, 12hr vs 24hr Clock.

For example, set to 180 days, and users who have not flown in 180 days, or have no history in that range, will be automatically moved to the Archived list.

You have the option to Exclude if logged in within the last x days as well as Exclude Users/Groups.

Archived users is a separate area for users that no longer have access, but history is preserved.  You can re-activate a user anytime.

To permanently delete a user, all ledger information, as well as past/future flights on the schedule, need to be deleted.
